1. What products does Off The Record offer?

Off The Record offers premium-quality apparel, including oversized t-shirts and everyday streetwear designed for comfort, style, and durability.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected orders and serviceable locations across India.

3. How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order through the Track Your Order page on our website.

5. What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. We may also offer free shipping on eligible orders.

6. Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

7. How will I receive my refund?

For prepaid orders, refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI after verification.

8. Can I cancel my order?

Yes. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

9. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at offtherecord@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the product. We'll assist you with a replacement or refund.
